Question 1

What types of facilities do you specialize in?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in large commercial facilities — office buildings, professional campuses, private schools, medical facilities, churches, and industrial spaces. We do not do residential cleaning. Every facility type has its own customized protocol, staffing plan, and quality standard. If your facility demands consistency and accountability, you're in the right place.

Question 2

Why shouldn't I just go with the cheapest bid?

Accepted Answer

Because cheap cleaning isn't actually cheap. Low-bid companies cut corners on labor, training, equipment, and supervision. What you get is inconsistent results, high turnover, and a revolving door of strangers in your building. When something goes wrong — and it will — they're nowhere to be found. The real cost of cheap cleaning is the management burden, the complaints, and the constant replacement cycle. Refresh clients pay for results, not promises.

Question 3

How is Refresh different from a franchise cleaning company?

Accepted Answer

Franchise companies sell territories, not expertise. Your account gets handed to a franchisee who may have zero cleaning experience and is primarily focused on paying their franchise fees. At Refresh, there's no middleman. You work directly with ownership and a trained, accountable team that treats your facility like a long-term client — not a number on a route.

Question 4

Will your crew disrupt our daily operations?

Accepted Answer

No. We schedule around your hours — early morning, evening, overnight, or weekend service depending on your facility's needs. Our crews are trained to work professionally and discreetly in active environments. You shouldn't even know we were there except that everything is cleaner.

Question 5

Are your team members background-checked and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every single one. Every team member is background-screened, professionally trained, and fully insured. We carry general liability and workers' compensation. You're not just getting a clean facility — you're getting protection from the liability that comes with letting untrained, unscreened workers into your building.

Question 6

How do you price commercial cleaning contracts?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on square footage, facility type, service frequency, and scope of work. We provide a detailed, transparent estimate — no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch. We don't offer the lowest price because we don't cut the corners that would make that possible. What we offer is predictable, consistent results at a price that reflects the actual value of protecting your facility and your reputation.

Question 7

What happens if something isn't done right?

Accepted Answer

We fix it. Fast. No runaround, no excuses. Every client has direct access to management — not a call center. If a quality issue is reported, it gets addressed within 24 hours. That level of accountability is rare in this industry, and it's one of the main reasons our clients stay with us long-term.

Question 8

Do you offer one-time cleaning or only recurring contracts?

Accepted Answer

Both. We offer recurring maintenance contracts (daily, weekly, or custom frequency) as well as one-time deep cleans and post-construction cleanups. Our best results come from ongoing partnerships where we learn your facility and maintain it consistently over time.

Question 9

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a free facility walkthrough. We come to your location, assess your needs, and build a customized proposal specific to your facility. No generic packages, no guessing. Call us at (334) 647-6448 or book online at refreshprofessionalcleaning.com/book-walkthrough.
